Learn how to become Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Savvy. Ideally, You've had a lesson, and want to learn more about water conditions, paddle savvy and the importance of warming the body for exercise.
- Learn how to warm up for paddle exercise, through yoga & stretching.
- Learn new skills for paddle technique & turns and stances.
- Become more knowledgeable on water safety and water conditions. How to read conditions and combat strong currents or winds.
This is a fully instructed 1 hour session including all equipment for beginners to intermediates, but not for FIRST TIMERS (You must have had a lesson previously)
